CNC MACHINING
The machining to remove the swarf by way of solid milling is the technology that allows us to obtain the highest level possible of precision within prototyping. Honpe Technology’s machinery includes 3 axes CNC as well as the most advanced 5 axes available on the market, making it possible to carry out even the most complex shapes in a single step, on metal as well as plastic materials. SILICONE MOLDS
Vacuum casting is a technology that makes it possible to manufacture plastic parts with a yield that is similar to that of injection molding, but using a silicone mold: this makes it possible to significantly reduce costs, without needing to wait for the steel mold to be made, providing repeatability of 15 to 20 copies with a single mold.
Precision is guaranteed by making the master using CNC, therefore ensuring geometries and assembly based on your design.
The wide range of polyurethane resins allows components to be made in rubber with properties that are comparable to the more conventional production materials, and the surface finishing department will ensure the best level of aesthetics, supplying the parts separately or already assembled.

One of the main advantages of working with Honpe is that you will be looked after from prototyping all the way to series production. Our engineers are at your disposal, to discuss the production of steel and aluminum molds in synergy, starting from the DFM document, in order to identify critical areas and tolerances and plan the position of injectors and ejectors, all the way to the most advanced details such as surface finishing of the mold.
Honpe guarantees the production of test samples as well as mold maintenance for the entire duration of its service life, so you will only have to worry about receiving the finished product.
The most commonly used materials are Polypropylene, Polyethylen,e and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), however, in order to ascertain the feasibility and time frames of your project, request a quotation and we will answer within 24 hours
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Rapid prototyping will allow your projects to come to life within a short time and at a limited cost. The technologies we can provide are Selective laser sintering (SLS), Stereolithography (SLA) and Fused deposition modeling (FDM).
These technologies are suitable to verify first hand a design that is not yet definitive, as well as for products that are finished and ready to be assembled.
The advantage when entrusting your 3D molded products to Honpe lies in the company’s ability to finish the part using CNC machinery for a perfect surface finish, as well as the experience with aesthetic finishes, in order to aesthetically align the product with a future production in series.

Honpe has always been specialized in transforming machined parts into aesthetically perfect products. The first sector where Honpe was able to stand out globally is Digital and IT, where the aesthetic finish of a prototype is sometimes more important than its function.
Your prototypes, whether aesthetic mock-ups or functional parts, will be aesthetically at the same quality level, or even better, than parts that are subsequently manufactured in series.
From painting in dust-free chambers all the way to silk-screen printing, we are able to fully meet any product design requirements. With a reference RAL or PANTONE, the surface finishing department is able to achieve the exact color required, and for more special finishes, it is possible to send a reference sample that Honpe will be able to duplicate on the prototype.
